Enjoyed how the reasonably large and beautiful room with 1 king bed was arranged when we arrived.
Tbh, rooms were a little small.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled in a peaceful street, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Plaza de Armas and the picturesque San Blas district. The old colonial building had a lovely atmosphere, with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast was a delight, complete with fresh fruit bowls and eggs made to order. And let me tell you, the coffee served here was the best I've had in any hostel!
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Stayed at a lovely old colonial building in Cusco. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was excellent. Despite annoying wifi issues, the staff and owner were constantly trying to fix it for me. Convenient location near the main square and great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
The amenities promised on their website were not always available and some were changed without warning or explanation. The room we were given was not what we had reserved and the price was increased with no warning.

Hard to think of anything.

A cozy colonial building with welcoming staff made me feel at home. The breakfast was healthy and fresh, perfect to start a busy day exploring the area. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main square and local restaurants. The convenient availability of free oxygen and coco tea helped me deal with the high altitude.
The loud noises from a nearby school were a bit annoying at times, but it was worth getting up early to enjoy the surrounding sights. The Wi-Fi service was not reliable, which was a shame, as I needed to manage business correspondence and get local information.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Cusco. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the main attractions but still situated in a quiet area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having 2 queen beds. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast with the best coffee I've ever had in a hostel.
No major complaints, everything was fine.
